Having opened its doors in 2019 and undergone a revamp in the middle of 2021, it is making a comeback with slick interiors and an open kitchen concept. Relish unique Asian-influenced modern European cuisine with Beurre's signature oysters, daily 5pm Happy Hour cocktails starting from $12, innovative sharing plates, specially curated cocktails from $12 and decadent desserts that are perfect for any occasion.
Before the restaurant undergoes a menu refresh in a couple of months, Restaurant Beurre invites you for an unforgettable gastronomic experience. Bring your friends and savour the Chef’s Tapas pairings, featuring signature starters not to be missed such as Chardonnay & Oyster ($18), Gin & Crab ($14), Blue Pea Hot Sangria & Prawn Tart ($18), and Red Sangria & Foie Gras Tart ($22). For a true blending of European and Asian flavours, make sure to try the Stuffed Black Chicken ($52), good for two to three people. This "East-meets-West" dish brings together lardon glutinous rice, truffle and foie gras stuffed in chicken, and is smoked in front of diners - a true sensory experience. Limited quantities are available daily, so do call to reserve it ahead of time. Finally, from 5pm to 7pm, sip crowd favourite cocktails like the Elderflower Spritz and Watermelon Highball (starting from $12) to cap off a long work day.
