Come 1st June 2023, The Business Times, together with TREARTH, leading importer of premium and fine foodstuff, and EDITION ROOFTOP BAR located at Citadines Connect City Centre Singapore, will present a dining experience centred around the highly-prized fungi. This event and menu are exclusively curated only for The Business Times subscribers.

Cleverly using STONEBARN’s collection of exceptional-quality black Périgord truffle-based products which are made in the heart of the famed truffle region of Manjimup, Western Australia, Chef Steven Loo of Edition Rooftop Bar has lovingly created a special 4-course menu specially for the event. STONEBARN uses only the French Périgord Black Winter Truffles in their quality products. It is one of the most highly sought after varieties of black truffles and considered the finest among all black truffle varieties.

Subscribers will be treated to a video presentation on the region and farm where STONEBARN is located, followed by demonstrations by Chef Steven Loo on how to easily and quickly prepare two of the dishes at home by incorporating STONEBARN’s truffle products. Furthermore, each subscriber will receive a goodie bag of STONEBARN’s truffle products, and a chance to participate in the lucky draw to win products, dining vouchers and wines.

Appetizer: Truffle croquettes with char broccoli and Truffle Aioli
Soup: Butternut Pumpkin with black Truffle crumbs
Main Course: Magic Mushroom (Truffle wild mushroom ragu fettuccine) Or Angus Beef tenderloin, Foie gras, Truffle mash, beef jus
Dessert: Osmanthus glaze apricot serve with sweet house crumble and glaze with Truffle honey vanilla bean gelato
